PERFECT! Works great on all earrings I've used to date including my screw back diamonds :) Sooo happy with this purchase. My earrings no longer dangle, they are very secure and fit my ears well. I have tiny ears, pierced twice with little space between the piercings. These reinforcements don't gain weight, my earrings don't rub or stick together, the front and back earrings sit nice and evenly :) Also, I have very sensitive skin, any nickel or custom jewelry gives me terrible breakouts, not these ear pads. I didn't have an allergic reaction, which I could easily wear daily, in the shower, during workouts and in the hot summer air. I trust my expensive real diamonds :) These backs make your earrings look really nice and pretty!
