The first thing I needed was a gravity mount that I could attach to the mount I already have on my windshield. Retractable mounts simply wear out over time and won't stay closed. So I wanted gravity so I didn't have to worry about the locking mechanism failing. or, if gravity doesn't work, I probably have a bigger fish than my phone that stays in my car. Fulfills all requirements optimally. I have a Galaxy S7 with a small rubber case and it fits perfectly. One of the levers is located just below or on top of the power button, but I didn't accidentally press it. It does not block the charging port or headphone jack. I've only had it a week, so I can't comment on durability.
