COATED with fiberglass + HORRIBLE instructions

EDIT: After seeing my review the company gave me a 30% refund for the fiberglass issue. The sellers were very apologetic and seemed to have solved the problem. Added 1 star for pretty good customer service. Be prepared to bang your head against the wall. 1. All parts of chipboard have been fully covered with fiberglass. I had to wipe everything down before assembling. Thank goodness my friend noticed the fiberglass before it spread everywhere! All the hardware (like screws and other parts) was packed in a bag, which would have been more inconvenient than terrible, but this caused some parts to stick together and/or be damaged/bent. Luckily they included a few extra parts so it wasn't the end of the world.3. The "instructions" are probably some of the worst I've seen. It would be SO useful if only they were bigger, but they were tiny which meant some details (like the alignment of some boards) were almost impossible to see. They weren't very detailed either.4. Assembling a real bookshelf wasn't too difficult, but attaching the 'legs' is next to impossible as there are no markings as to where they should go! I also highly doubt you could do this without some sort of power tool. I just left my bookshelf legless and I'm fine with that until I feel the need to use a decent amount of force to ensure the legs are properly adjusted; this will be a task in itself! 5. The bottom of the drawer is unreinforced chipboard, which means you probably can't/shouldn't put anything heavy in it. I would of course prefer something stronger.6. The drawer is not mounted on casters/rails, it simply slides in and out of the compartment. That's good, but I would have preferred a smoother drawer pull.7. One of the shelves had small scratches on the back. In general, the thing isn't bad, but it's not great either. The fiberglass was REALLY awful and was on my hands. If it wasn't for that, everything else would just be a minor inconvenience, but I cannot forgive such negligence.
