How important these LEDs are for backup. I removed the factory headlights from my 2002 Toyota Sequoia and replaced them with these LEDs. Now it shines back there like a spotlight. You have to be careful when inserting them because if you push them too hard they won't fit. I recommend putting it in with the key on and the PARKING BRAKE on, then putting it in reverse so you can see exactly where the outlet should be, then wiggling the tail light to be safe. I say this so that you do not take out the lamp assembly, do not pull out the old bulbs, do not put new ones, do not turn the block and check the work, but they do not light up.
