Review on TriNet by Erik Haynes

I found this service to be incredibly user friendly and extremely easy to navigate. As an employee onboarding manager I wanted this service for our people to be a seamless transition. This product has delivered on that! The system allows all of our teams to easily access the correct onboarding information in relation to their specific role in the organization. It has the capability of also seamlessly transferring the information to other areas of the business where it is needed. The platform does not allow me to access the onboarding information directly through the website. It is helpful to have an additional step to navigate to the correct onboarding information. In my experience with TriNet, I have found them to be a very responsive company that is very knowledgeable about this service. They have a quick turnaround for any issues that we have encountered. They have helped us to better serve our people with our onboarding process. The ability for employees in multiple locations or departments who need information quickly without having it stored locally is great! I wish they offered more templates that were customizable but this isn't something we have encountered yet so far no complaints here!! We are able see all of our employee's files at once instead just seeing them one file per location which was very time consuming before now everything can be seen together as if its only 1 folder/file when needed.
