My kitten was 100% wild when we adopted her. He was always climbing behind the washer dryer, the toilet, the TV, the plants and trying to hide from us because he was scared. So I knew I had to create a safe place for him. So I bought his little "cave" as we call it. It's portable so I can carry it inside if it gets nervous, it just climbs back into its socket instead of hissing or thrashing. This helped him empathize with other family members and other animals in the house. I would recommend it to anyone who has a slightly restless cat. My only complaint is that we washed her and she never got back in shape, now she leans a bit and I can't get her to sit up.
