Let me start by reading all the good reviews and even the ones that said don't listen to the bad reviews. Melting the wax takes a few minutes, since of course you have to melt the whole glass. The only plus point is the ease of use. According to the instructions, leave it on for 30 seconds until it dries. It never dries out. NOT like wax balls made from "real hard wax". This wax is similar to homemade honey wax that can be used for muslin fabrics. You gotta let it sit for 30 frigging seconds. If you leave it longer then forget it. It would just break. And even if you get it right, it's going to crack around the edges. It's not about the technique, this wax just sucks and shouldn't be called a hard wax. If you try to pick it up, all the residue will end up in your nails. When it dries it looks like chewing gum that can be stretched and even played like playdough. I've always used blue kolua wax and it's so easy, but I can't even imagine using this mess on my female parts. I did my feet and just took me forever. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your money! Looks good for the price compared to Sally Beauty but I wouldn't pay 2 euros for it. If you are looking for a good HARTWAX, buy Kolua.
