Review on OpenRefine by David Plunkett

Easy to use! It will do almost anything you throw at it. I've used other open source programs before but none of them were as complete or even had many functions like this one does. There aren't any downsides that i can think of. We are using open refine primarily for our customer file uploads when we get new information from clients about their account they want us to close out or update. They have all kinds of issues with their files so this has been great in helping us clean up/fix those problems without having to send someone down to take care of them which would cost money.
