So the installation wasn't the easiest, but it was definitely doable. There was a problem with the handpiece holder. It took a while before I contacted the company for a replacement (wasn't keen on sending the whole unit back and reinstalling, just needed a new bracket. What I received was a screw that was missing). The company sent me a new bracket but only after reviewing their proposed reasons why it wasn't working and sending them a picture of the bracket with the missing screw. I ended up ordering a different faucet just because the replacement would take more than 2 weeks and I didn't want to stare at my new shower head sitting on the tub for so long. In general I am satisfied with the shower head, but only after I ordered another part from another company.
