Surprisingly flat storage design (ideal for a narrow kitchen drawer) with versatile adjustable open stand size. Big enough for a large baking sheet or casserole dish. Easily accommodates standard cupcake pans and the like. Very good hit and ease of use for the dollar. Infinitely adjustable from a memory size of 7.5" x 2" to approx. 26" x 3". I can use this resilient silicone pad to protect my new ceramic stovetop so I can transfer items from the oven onto a cold stovetop (never a hot stovetop of course) like I did with my old serpentine stovetop. I also recommend the Tovolo Tumble Trivets for table stand flexibility and even flatter storage, also available from Revain. I highly recommend this Joseph Joseph Stretch.
