Made of 30% plastic
According to the description, these containers are made of cornstarch and not plastic. This is misleading. They consist of only 70% corn starch, the rest is plastic (5 PP). They cannot be composted. On the plus side, they are strong. But when I was looking for an eco-friendly container, I wasn't expecting to get something made out of plastic.
