Incredibly difficult to install and the instructions are tiny and confusing. It should have STEP ONE, then STEP TWO, almost entirely unwritten in symbols in the tables. what do you do first What does this symbol mean? Who knows? Poorly made. Do you press this key after this key or at the same time? No idea. Do many steps have to be carried out in an exact order? The online videos, which are usually very helpful for tech support, actually made it more confusing for this product, not less (and I watched quite a few). I think there are so many different models with slightly different settings. I was going to send it back and buy another watch from a different company but I know someone who has a Cassio watch and they were able to put it up after a half hour struggle. After all, I just wanted a watch that would tell me the time, be reasonably shockproof, waterproof and not too expensive. All the trouble I could do without. I would not buy again and would not recommend as a gift.
