I like that it allows us to have an interactive interface with our clients, which can help them navigate through their appointments easily! It's also very easy in terms of managing your client base as well - we are able to manage all aspects from there without having any problems at this point.
The only thing i dislike about qticket so far has been how long it takes sometimes before you get responses back when they're working remotely or traveling out of state/country etc., but everything else seems great overall :) We've had no issues thus far using QTICKET!! Our users love being able to interact via chat while waiting for scheduled time slots within one app rather than going over several apps (we do both). Also helps keep track of who needs what kind if service by assigning each user different colors / icons depending upon type of procedure needed during visit vs general.
