The light is bright, the intensity is easily adjustable. That is the most positive thing I can say about the theses. I have two big issues with equality. The first is pivotable. The power cord hand the lower left corner of the light block itself. This is a problem because the 360 degree rotation has no screw to tighten. It only has screws to hold the 180 degree vertical position. This results in getting the right lighting angle with your hands, but then having to balance with the power cords. My second and no less important problem is the colored plastic inserts. They only come with one blade each and I couldn't find an option to just buy the plastic inserts. Since I was buying dissertations practically from home while working, it was very difficult to achieve illumination as it was either a sharp white light or a yellowish color. I couldn't find a "warm light" combination. Overall I don't recommend it if you use this for video calls. On the other hand, if you use them for photography I can see that they are useful.
