Great, easy to use with or without a cold pack.
Reusable ACE hot and cold water compression sleeve, skin-friendly neoprene blend sleeve. Legs! Very easy to use, works great, the gel pad slides in and out of the case easily. Simply put in the freezer and then come back and wear for 20 minutes. He also only wears a non-gel bandage for compression only. He says it really helps with swelling and pain. I definitely recommend it! There will be more when this one wears out.
