I have had this harness for 2 years now. I was concerned about the wear and tear of the velcro and can tell you that after two years it is still in the same condition as when I bought it. The price is definitely justified. . and the convenience of being able to velcro undo the strap for an instant ride in the car makes this the best strap I have ever had. I am a tall man about 300 pounds and the extra large size is perfect for my 46 waist and I have no problem using this belt. If I had to pick a con, I'd say it's a bit of a hassle to thread through the loops of my pants, and some pants have the Velcro sitting right on one of the loops, making it difficult to adjust. So I usually just put the velcro on the outside of the loop and that's it.
