I like stairs. My dog too! She will only use them on the sofa. When I bring her into the bedroom, she still insists that I lift her onto the bed, but the fact that she constantly uses them instead of the sofa makes me happy. My beagle has a prosthetic hip so I really don't like it when she overdoes it. It took her a little time to get used to the memory foam aspect, but once she realized they were still strong enough for her (40 pounds) she started using them.
