Review on Trogonic TE1 Wireless Earbuds: Bluetooth 5.0 IPX5 Waterproof True Wireless Earbuds with Mic - Deep Bass, Sports Headphones with Charging Case by Lisa Jenkins

Revainrating 2 out of 5

I wish I had bought from someone else.

UPDATE: IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO SYNC BOTH TOGETHER. A business card is included when you receive it, giving you 2 options to choose from as a free gift if you sign up for his email address and write a review. I sent several emails, my first choice was a wireless charger that doesn't work with my phone and doesn't work with real headphones, so after several emails I explained that I would choose a headphone carrying case, instead we have I still got my free gift sent to me and the seller stopped communicating. I did when I asked to write a review it pulled a star for poor customer service, false advertising and almost impossible to sync both headphones together so I ended up just using the left one which really defeats the purpose. While the battery life is very good, when I'm not using it I put it in a case that plugs into my alarm clock's charger. They haven't lost their power over me yet. After reading the reviews I expected them to be louder than really loud, but they aren't. Although they are decent. I paid for them myself, I didn't receive them in exchange for an appraisal. They send a product card saying they will send you a free gift along with the headphones if you email them and join their VIP membership. They offer a carrying case or some sort of wireless charger which I later choose and update upon receipt to let you know if the item works. As long as the customer service is great they will reply via email. These are my first decent wireless headphones and so far I'm happy with them. I just wish they were louder. Easy to use and set up, you can use 1 at a time. Magnetic so they fit easily into the charging station. I hope I don't lose any of them.
