It just came by UPS. It went straight on my bed to see if it would hold my wedge pillow for GERD (acid reflux). I had to shove a pillow behind the back bar against my wall to keep it there. I took a little nap and it was wonderful. I used a memory foam pillow just below my hips to keep me from sliding. This should keep me upright. This is a cheap alternative to buying the expensive bed or the adjustable bed rests. This is better with the mat than any I saw. And it beats having tons of pillows behind you to slide around. And I think it is well and cleverly made.
