Works almost overnight for surface/white hair and a few days for cystic acne. I have very oily skin and may suffer from excess sebum production on the chin and nose. I apply this to these areas along with witch hazel and boom! After 3-4 days you can see a significant reduction in sebum production. I've been taking it for a few weeks now and my acne has reduced drastically. I use UK Salicylic Soap (it's pink), Biore Witch Hazel and this along with an oil free moisturizer. I say this to say that this product cannot work on its own, I don't think so. Plus lots of water and berries, and my bad flare-up was almost gone in just a few weeks. This works for large single pimples and sebum spots. It's not all over yet.
