This is a restorer, not a conditioner. It was very effective for the growth of my horse's tail and body. Both are full now too. He did the same to my hair. But I have to conditioner after using this product - it's not a conditioner. After using this product my hair started to grow a little faster and the hair shafts themselves seem to be thicker. It doesn't make my hair fuller - it just makes each individual hair appear thicker.
