Purchased late September 2020 Installed mid October 2020, made approx 100 copies/prints, persistent horizontal line issues (black only. Color cartridges not replaced continued to print normally). Tried cleaning modes on the printer and optimized printouts with printer functions, but without success. I am assuming the cartridge is bad but I will replace it with a Canon brand and let you know.
