Nice and cute - my new review
The skirt is cute and for $10 I don't think you should expect anything surprisingly well made. Tulle not panels. They are simply scalloped strips of tulle attached to elastic bands at one end. It's lined with a thin layer of cotton though, so it actually works like a skirt, unlike some other grommets sold at Revain. .
- They were very nice, as expected
- It may not be versatile enough for different styles.
