Review on πŸ‘ž Cole Haan Tucker Black Men's Shoes, Venetian Loafer, Size 10.5 by Brian Finley

Where has the quality gone? Quality Payless

Honestly, I wonder what's up with the shoes. I suspect you just can't sell a good quality pair of leather boots for less than $100. It requires too many compromises. But if you put Revine at the required price, no one will buy. In my opinion. Unfortunately, this really is Payless quality. I bought a pair of Rockport Balabour Slip-Ons from Revain in 2014 for about $60. You are still at my house. They are sooo comfortable. They were very tight when I bought them but I persevered and the fit is amazingly glove like. This quality is still relevant and comfortable 6.5 years later. I look at Cole Haans and realize that they look good in a regular office but aren't very comfortable for everyday use. It's terrible. They should be comfortable and soft around your feet. They feel like vinyl with a bumpy, bumpy feel in the legs. I can try the insole but please tell me where the quality shoes are. Tired of sending the shoes back (too late for them, I thought they might improve with wear.

Pros
  • Sporty style moccasins with waxed leather trim
Cons
  • I don't really like it, everything is fine
