NO retail packaging. Most likely a remanufactured cartridge.

I ordered a cartridge that was clearly advertised as a genuine HP cartridge in a retail box. Instead, I received the cartridge wrapped in bubble wrap in a plain brown box. After paying close to $300 for a cartridge, I felt like someone was trying to foist something on me. I could well imagine being one of my employees who didn't know how to get it and put it in the car. I'm glad I caught it and sent it back.
