Update: After my review, the seller contacted me directly and offered several options to resolve the issue, all generously, letting me know they would be working on this issue. Fixed within 24 hours of my reply. Excellent customer service. Received a size 4 "big kid" thinking it was my size 7 adult boots. I wore them for two days before realizing it. The kid wants to wear them even though they are too big because they are soft.
