Only worked well the first time. I wanted to use it and no matter what I did it would not connect to my phone. It's also a lot bigger and chunkier than I expected. The picture seemed fine for a short while while it worked. Edit: To be honest I never tried to contact support as after the size of the camera (danger of online shopping) I decided it wouldn't fit me. I couldn't find a place to install it on my SUV that would work properly if I could get it to work. My previous camera was the Swift Hitch which worked well and its compact size suited my use. I like my new setup much better.
