Bought as a birthday gift. Setup was very easy. Tested with TV and via bluetooth and on the day of arrival it sounded so good. It only worked for about 48 hours, after which it wouldn't turn on at all. I tried plugging it into different outlets and pressing the power button on the speaker itself, but the little light on the front didn't light up. I suspect they ship a really cheap speaker power supply. The replacement was a fairly straightforward procedure so I'll update once the replacement arrives and has worked for a while. Updated 2/3/21. excellent for the last 6 months. When I got a replacement, I plugged the old, broken soundbar into the power adapter and it worked. This confirmed my suspicion that the problem was a defective power supply. I am happy with the new soundbar and how quickly the issue was resolved.
