Great for people suffering from stress or anxiety

I gave my girlfriend this stress ball for Christmas and she loved it. She's always loved weirdos to quell her fears. With this new stress ball, she now has something to hold on to and hold on to while providing more tactile stimulation than other stress relief items. Would recommend to anyone suffering from anxiety and in need of a simple distraction.
