Top quality cameras. The first controller failed after 6 months. I ordered a second one, it arrived in DOA, received Revain to replace it and the replacement works perfectly. Contacted the manufacturer to arrange for the original unit to be repaired for use as a replacement. They refused to provide a return address even though I assured them I would be willing to pay for shipping and reasonable repair costs. In terms of product performance, the cameras are fine, the controller is fine when it works, the software in the controller is primitive, the phone app is almost unusable since the last update. Edit: After finally getting through to the correct service center, a new controller was sent free of charge as a repair/exchange including shipping. Rated 4 stars.
