Heavy build and frustrated

I'm tired of dim light settings. A pull on the cord and "tree" my lanterns fell. So I decided to invest in a pair of Neewer Pro C Stands. I wanted something strong and pivoting. and it works for this *** for neewer *** you REALLY MUST INCLUDE CONSTRUCTION AND USE INSTRUCTIONS. The QR code included in the set turned out to be a dead link. They came dangerously close to getting it back and refunding my money. Remarks. Assembly should be easy, but it's a confusing mess. There are no instructions and the QR code doesn't work. Please watch my video. It shows the correct position of the brackets and the installation of the rollers. You will most likely need a high ceiling to use this facility. I imagine it would be possible to extend the jib with an 8ft ceiling, but that would be life threatening. The legs had breeding problems. Eventually I managed to roll one up by stepping on the collar and using all my body weight to push it down. Scatter greatly affects the stability of the rack. If you extend the boom but do not spread the wheels to the maximum distance, you could tip over the unit. They're *heavy*, probably 80-100 pounds. The weight is needed to balance the dart's dart, but be prepared for muscle strain. Be careful with the arrow and move slowly. The bottom line - although I've listed a few cons - once you've set it up and learned how to use the stand, it's actually very comfortable. It is absolutely essential that Neewer produce some sort of booklet with instructions for wheel assembly and general use.

Pros
  • Looking forward to it
Cons
  • Can I add something
