This hat appeared to be well made and I would have liked to keep it but it was too small (I wear a fitted size 7 1 /2 ). The mask and liner provided great sun protection from A to Z and also felt a lot cooler in the full sun at midday. Other caps just didn't compare to the cover, but I'm still trying. The mask has two pairs of metal buttons that hold up fairly well and the rear sun visor has plastic clips that snap securely but can become brittle over time. There is also a panel in the brim of the hat for more comfort.
