Good for transporting our cat to and from the vet. But I wouldn't leave our pet there on a long trip. It's a little cozy. Our cat is not a giant. He's only 12 pounds. And he seemed a little tight. But for visits to the vet it serves our purpose. We love the front and top opening features. To make it easier to get him there. And the mesh is of good quality, so he can't tear it. It would be better if it was a little bigger for him. But for short trips to the vet or groomer, it works.
