A little messy but no irritation and almost no pain.
It's a bit dirty so I'm deducting 1 star but overall I really liked the product. It was fairly painless and I like not using strips even though I use more because of it. I wish it had come with oil to use after use and one large and one small stick instead of the two medium sizes that were included. Overall I can't complain too much though. He did what he was supposed to do and did it well, leaving my skin smooth with no irritation and almost no pain. I will definitely buy again.
