I'm a size 18 with big arms and until now I had never purchased gloves that would fit up my arms. These are meant to be loose on a slender person, but on me they are a perfect fit. The fingers are the correct length, and look neatly sewn. They go all the way up to my shoulder, so I'll be trimming them down, but I'm simply over the moon that I can wear them. They are sheer, and I can use my phone while wearing them, but the material seems reasonably sturdy. The wrists are loose, so I may put a little elastic thread where it won't show to snug that up. I suspect they will tend to slide down, as there is no stretch and nothing to hold them up the arm, but I think a tiny patch of double side tape inside my arm will solve that.
