I might like this product if I haven't received what appears to be a returned package.

I have already opened this product and it only had 15.5 patches. 12 of the smallest and then 3 ½ of the largest. Half because one half was literally cut off from one. Shown in pictures. Very upset because a lot of the reviews were really good so I was excited to try them out. The delivery date was pushed back a few days which was fine with me until I received it like this! Very disappointed.
