I have owned them for about a year and I wear them under a motorcycle helmet. My only complaint so far is that after a few months the flange tips stopped sticking to the monitor and came loose and stayed in my ear. I pulled it out with tweezers, but from that point those pointy tips stopped sticking. The other tips didn't meet my soundproofing requirements, so they were all useless to me. I purchased Comply T400 foam tips and have been using them with great results ever since. As for the quality of the music, I'm not a music lover but I can tell complete crap from decent sounding music and they sound darn good, especially crisp and clear to cut through the wind noise on the bike. Some reviews have been written by people with audio engineering degrees who are professional audio engineers and are critical of these IEMs, but it's worth reminding everyone that they cost about 1/20th the price of professional IEMs, so let's set some expectations meet here. . Anyway I bought my wife a second set for her helmet and I have recommended them to a few riding friends and they are all happy too. They fit very well under helmets and have been wearing them for a long time (18 hours once) and have been comfortable all the time.
