Works great, SMS work too.
Great rugged little tablet, just what I needed for construction work, withstands bumps and keeps ticking (like the old Timex ads). There was one reviewer who said it doesn't send text messages (SMS) but it does, a bit of a tricky process to set up but it works great. Big enough to see email and text, and ideal for in-car GPS maps. Slightly more expensive, but the durability (dirt, dust, drop, water resistance) is worth it. But it's not for everyone, it's a field tablet to throw on the dash or anywhere except for office work.
