This tape does what it's supposed to. I wore it for seven days and it sticks to my daily shower. I've been trying for two weeks but have done some deep tissue massages and used deep abdominal breathing so I can't more or less say on my own that it's totally effective for pain relief and stability. What I can say is that along with the stone sauce that comes with it, it provides temporary relief and is eventually used when needed depending on how severe your pain is and where it hurts (I have it on the cervical spine), it is worth using it.
