My daughter wears size 4 booties, she is about 17 months old. I ordered 12-18 months. When I first took them out of the box they looked HUGE but when I put them on they were a size or maybe a half too big. It is convenient for her to walk in it, she is happy with everything. I like that there is room to grow, she will keep it for a while. These are soft shoes, don't expect high end hard soles. It will be just in case
