Love love love this skirt! Well made, high quality material and perfect! Non-stretch, made of wool. I've lost weight and last year's kilt is too big. This one fits my new little figure and is absolutely adorable! This is a wrap skirt. Inside where the material meets there is a velcro to close which I love! My other had a button which is good but this is better! Two buckles on the outside and a safety pin to open the valve. Great skirt for your money. Will definitely buy again! I'm 5ft 6in, 149# tall, curvy. Waist 29 1/2, Hips 39 inches. Wear 28 in mid-rise denim joggers in the rock revival.
