The ability of having an end point for all our infrastructure needs in one place has been really helpful! We have built out several new services with this software including monitoring tools like New Relic as well other custom ones we've created ourselves using Terraform modules within Shuttles Ops itself - so far nothing I dislike about them yet but they are still fairly young compared some others offerings around us (AWS/GCP). Would love if there were more support options available outside US time zones though not sure how much those would cost or what benefits you'd get from doing something different than being able at any moment during business hours? Being part owner means getting involved when needed which helps keep things going forward instead just waiting until someone gets back into office after holidays etc..
