Review on Adjustable Height Ergonomic Mesh Drafting Chair with Arms - Tall Blue Office Computer Reception Desk Chair by April Russell

Revainrating 1 out of 5

The sharp braces and back failed unexpectedly.

I thought this chair was a good deal - I needed a taller chair for a standing desk. It looked good out of the box and assembly went as expected. The first issue I found is that the brackets that hold the footrest ring are pretty sharp - to the point that I cut my foot on one of them. I taped the underside with masking tape to protect it. Then, about 3 months after I had it, the backrest suddenly broke, just above the armrest on the right side. The chair has been used sparingly and no one heavier than 160 pounds has ever used it. This is unacceptable - the chair wasn't dropped or otherwise handled, it just suddenly failed. Can't recommend it in good conscience.
