My wrist is starting to get inflamed. It's usually on my left wrist, but this time I need one on my right. I've tried several and they're really good at restricting movement. But sometimes you need something less restrictive that allows you to move your wrist a little more. And here this wrist brace is perfect. There's a metal bar at the bottom, nothing at the top, and just enough velcro to keep things in place. But mostly I like that wrist rest because it's those wrist rests that sit right in between, that's enough. support, but also enough movement. So, I give this bracelet a thumbs up!
