Makes driving my CR-Z fun again.

I'll say right away: if you live in a cold climate, this is not for you. It sucks the warmth out of my arms on a cold morning. But for any weather above frost, the thing is great. It feels better in the hand and feels better when I push the joystick towards the passenger side. In comparison, my stock shift knob tended to "throw out" my hand when shifting into 6th gear.
