Do not buy - cheap junk

I bought the product for my blind mother who had to go to a nursing home due to several health problems. She can't handle a cell phone with her blindness and disability issues, but the rehabilitation assistant found the princess's old phone that they hid and Mom was able to use it pretty easily, so I ordered this phone as the only one. The princess' phone number I was able to find on Revane so she can use it when she moves out of rehab and into her private room. and a very different flamingo pink that doesn't match the pale pink of the phone. Disgusting but it worked so ok we will try because she needs a phone asap as it is our only way to communicate now as quarantine means we cannot visit her. Well, it turns out that the sound quality is so bad that we can barely hear or understand her - the volume is so weak that we strain to hear her and every time she exhales or says a word , which has an exhaled letter, let's do it - loud, painful noise in the ears when exhaling. To top it off, she struggles to hang it up because the stand's design is so poor. Days related to the New Year holidays. She had a Trimline phone in her apartment, and with her hand disability, it's not as easy for her to hold as that type of phone, but it should be better than this more expensive piece of junk.
