What now? Do not use the supplied screws!

Bought for a basement bar and installed a few hours after delivery. I pre-drilled a hole in the bottom of the wall unit and left to drill the rack and BOLT BREAKS! The head came off right away so now I have a broken screw sticking out of the bottom of my closet that I can't get out. I'm a big DIY enthusiast and this has never happened to me before. I'm not even sure how something like this could happen if I wasn't screwing into metal, other than my cabinets being oak. Not really what to do now. Very disappointed with the product and even more disappointed that my wardrobe is now a little ruined.
