Very inconsistent quality

I got these because I love my pigmented eyeliner so much I wanted something that could enhance my contours. I have never bought an Arteza product and after this disappointment I hesitate to buy it again. The good box was beautiful and I liked the way my goods were packaged. Each liner matches the color on it and they appear to be waterproof. The caps even give a great color representation of what the ink actually is. Bad Colors: Some colors are very smooth and easy to apply. Others, however, are so damn dry they're just plain useless. What frustrates me so much is that the color "peach" often used for skin tones can't even be used. Most of my work involves people and I can't use them. "Green tea" is also unsuitable for the same reason, so that it scratches the paper dry. Really sad because they had the potential to become really amazing products and the price isn't bad either. But if a few products from the box are dry. I cannot recommend them to anyone.
