The platform itself has many features which make managing an omni channel strategy much more simple! I love how inbound traffic can be segmented into channels allowing me personalize my message within each of those categories as well provide insights/reports with our customers' engagement over time (not just at one point). In some cases we have seen reports delayed up to 2 weeks meaning not all updates were rolled out until then - something worth noting when planning campaigns. Also there needs to improve its support team from their side - they sometimes respond late but overall satisfied so far!! We realized most marketers do NOT know what kind of customer journey starts first when reaching them via different communication technologies such as mobile web vs email etc., This allowed us build deeper insight's around user journeys & behaviors enabling faster decision making process. The best thing about MetaRouter is that it takes the hassle of managing your own data out of your hands. This makes it very easy to use and gives you the peace of mind that comes with knowing that you are not responsible for any data that comes in or out of your site. I dislike that it is very slow at times and that we are only able to view the reports at certain times. We have realized a huge improvement in our website's speed and the ability to view all of our data in one place.
