I bought these because my old blanket and personal blanket attracted its paw like a moth to a fire. So I bought two of these and although the comforter has fur it's not too bad. Removing the fur from both of these comforters is a lot easier than both of my old comforters. Shake, wash, dry. clean. The two older ones would have to be vacuumed by hand by me, shaken out, washed twice and they would still have fur. you might have different experiences.
